Happy Thanksgiving

Cardigan, Sparrow. Tank, Mossimo, Skirt, vintage, thrifted, shortened, and embellished. Wedge loafers, AE for Payless. Hair clip, self made.

Happy Thanksgiving! We had brined turkey, crockpot stuffing, mashed potatoes, gravy, roasted asparagus, and dark chocolate cheesecake. And it was just the two of us. Thank goodness the kitties helped us out with the turkey. Then we all collapsed into tryptophan comas.

  2. You look so very festive! Love the outfit. Glad you had a happy T-day.

I've given you a blog award! It's at my blog, it's the pretty butterfly.

Kasmira, you are such an inspiration, to me, and to so many. The way you approach getting dressed, the way you use color, the creativity you employ when putting together pieces to make an outfit -- you are very talented, as well as beautiful.

Thank you for sharing all this with so many of us!

  4. Happy day-after-Thanksgiving!

Can I be honest about this outfit though? I think with the high waist and poufiness of this skirt, it makes you look short and it adds extra pounds... I think the skirt would maybe look better with a longer top rather than the short cardigan?

  9. This is a cute outfit - the skirt is very unique! Great color too!

That's sad that it was just to two of you! But it looks like you had a great time and made the best of it! :-)

  10. Katie - don't be sad for me! I prefer holidays spent with just my husband! I'm antisocial like that.
