Whenever I wear this fur-collared sweater, I feel like some sort of grande dame. I wouldn’t mind modeling myself after Madame Adelaide Bonfamille of The Aristocats, spending my golden years dressed to the nines and providing for the street cats of Paris.

I paired my old lady sweater with my old lady skirt and my old lady bag. My tights and shoes, though, are a nod to my (fictional) burlesque youth in Gay Paree.

ReplyDeleteThat is one of my favorite Disney movies! I have it on VHS...and watched it just the other night with my kiddos. We had a blast singing all the songs from memory.
