Apple Train

Today, we rode the historic LM&M Railroad as a part of the Lebanon Apple Fest.

Top, Tommy Hilfiger (swapped). Jeans, Old Navy (thrifted). Scarf, thrifted. Bag, Nine West. Shoes, swap. Earrings, World Market.

The Apple Fest was pretty disappointing (except for apple flappen and Serket Jewelry) and the train ride was even more of a let-down. The day was redeemed when I got to drive the caboose and dangle off the back of the speeding train.

  12. I grew up in Lebanon--well just east of it in the Lebanese countryside, but I've never been to an Applefest. they seem really lame though. When I was kid... we had the Honey Bee Festival. Now that was good time. The carnies came to town, there was a competitive to crown the Honey Bee Queen, and a guy that always had a beard-of-bees. Couldn't beat it--classic festival fun.

    Applefest? who-cares...

I hear the train ride just takes you through people's backyards.

Those are some great shoes though.
