Low Contrast

Today’s stripes are rather low contrast. Purple against navy is a subtle use of color. (So, of course, I had to punch things up a bit with a yellow bag.)

Sweater, I Heart Ronson. Dress, vintage, thrifted, and shortened. Tights, Apostrophe. Boots, Nine West. Brooch, swap. Bag, Payless. Gloves, Bebe.

  2. I really like it...the yellow of the bag and your gorgeous hair offset the subtlety of the purple and navy. And the boots are perfect with that outfit, but they must have made it harder walking on the rocks?

  3. I'll admit that it was not easy walking on the rocks! Especially since my knee is recovering from Sunday's run.

  9. I could barely notice the stripes at first. I like how subtle it is. Also the bag looks great with it.

  11. That bright yellow bag is perfect. I like that striped sweater every time I see it. It's such a versatile piece.
Great new look to your blog, too. (or maybe I just didn't notice the changes sooner.)
