Dress, Lillie Rubin (thrifted). Booties, Sigerson Morrison for Target. Earrings, Claire’s. Bag, Carlos Santana.
I guess I’ll just have to wear it again. In the blazing daylight.
Later in the evening, I realized that the straps go on the outside of the shoulder, not on top.

You look fabulous (as always!) and your dress is so sparkly and pretty! Love the dress and the blue suede shoes!
ReplyDeleteThat dress is gorgeous! The blue booties are the perfect match to keep the dress edgy and modern.
ReplyDeleteStunning!
ReplyDeleteMariquita,
ReplyDeleteAmazing look! Actually I've seen similar necklines worn both w/wo the straps.
Fab outfit! And they aren't bad photos at all (although I do appreciate you risking your hair and shoes to bring them to us :)
ReplyDeleteGorgeous! Love that pop of color from the beautiful booties. And the photo quality and lighting is good!
ReplyDeleteOooh...so shiny.
ReplyDeleteBe still my beating heart look at those blue suede boots. Wow!
ReplyDeleteLove it! Where did you go dressed so divinely?
ReplyDeleteI kind of like with the straps up - it's 80s... and I mean that in a good way! I almost bought a wedding dress with a similar neckline, but my mother refused to let me if I was going to go through with my plan to leave the straps on the shoulder. I fretted and fussed with them off the shoulder, so I gave it a pass.
ReplyDeleteLaura - Beefy and I were at another wedding!
ReplyDeleteThat dress is awesome, and if that is bad light I can't imagine what it will look like in good light.
ReplyDeleteWow, great dress, great hair and cute booties- the lady is a vamp! I am loving this look, must be a very cool wedding
ReplyDeleteLove this! Such fun :)
ReplyDeleteYou look mahhhvelous Dahhling!
ReplyDeleteFaboo dress and it was worth the peek (to us, anyway ;)
I think my wiglet would have been a bit too slutty with this gorgeous dress, but you always look appropriately stunning.
( maybe i could use lessons, though i use your words of wisdom when buying jackets now- u gave me a waist!)
