Drowned Rat

I totally got rained on today. As in hair-plastered-to-my-head wet. My blow out was ruined and I had to face the rest of my customers with a frizzy, floofy bob. But I still got asked out on a date by the young man who watched me take these photos. So I guess didn’t look as much like a air-dried-drowned-rat as I imagined.

Shirt, Express (thrifted). Belt, Express. Skirt, Ann Taylor. Boots, Rampage. Earrings, Claire’s. Sunglasses, Betsey Johnson. Bag, Fossil (gift).

Oh, and, Beefy, I said, “No.”

Love the backdrop and fall leaves. That's California? Found a similar belt thrifting the other day. My 22 year old daughter poo poo ed it. But then, I've been dressing her, as she bemoans she has nothing to wear to her college classes. I've been getting lots of ideas from you! She's getting compliments, so, I'll get her to wear the belt. : ). Thanks again for your blog.

  7. This IS California. Apparently fall starts in November in Sacramento. There was much more fall color on the trees than I expected!

This, I like! Some of your more recent pattern mixes, not so much. But, always love your attitude and energy!

    1. I'm wearing ONE ring, and it is on the important finger. But I gotta give the guy credit for trying.
