Oil Spill

I missed this dress! It was in laundry purgatory where I repeatedly forgot to treat the oil stains on the front. I finally attacked them with Dawn and a toothbrush and that worked beautifully. But when I put the dress on this morning, I realized I had missed a spot. I tried on a few toppers and necklaces (couldn’t bring myself to wear a scarf!) until I found a pendant that perfectly obscured the remaining stain. Now, the dress is back in purgatory, where I hopefully won’t forget about it.

Dress, Prabal Gurung for Target. Shoes, BCBGeneration. Necklace, heirloom. Bangles, Charming Charlie, Garden of the Gods gift shop, and gift. Rings, heirloom, vintage, thrift, and/or gift. Bag, Nine West.

Spray 'n Wash.. works every time. What's with the scratches? Berry bushes or too much rough housing with the dog?
