Red headband, Claire’s Boutique.Yes, I’m wearing this dress AGAIN. I like it. And I was curious to see how it would look with this blouse beneath. The blouse is awkward on its own – it’s too short and doesn’t close properly, but I’ve had success with it in other outfits where only the neckline shows.
