Sheer blue shirt and cream bracelet, Forever 21. Yellow belt, Xhilaration. Khaki strapless dress, Newport News. Khaki and cream peep-toe pumps, Mossimo. Nude fishnets, Vera by Vera Wang.
Today’s outfit was inspired by Cheri’s suggestion that I pair my yellow belt with a bright blue shirt. This shirt isn’t “bright” blue, but her idea got me going.
I’m still getting tons of mileage out of this $15 khaki dress!
I LOVE the blue and yellow together. They're an unlikely pair, but they work. :)

Your shoes are gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteLove this outfit. The blue top and yellow belt go great together. I tried those shoes on at Target a couple of weeks ago, but the way the peep toe is formed, it killed my big toe - I notice that a lot with Mossimo shoes.
ReplyDeleteOh yay! When you introduced your BB&B week, I hoped you would incorporate my idea! It looks great! I love blue and yellow together.
ReplyDeleteFor some reason, the blue and yellow combo isn't doing it for me. I would have preferred this outfit with a brown belt, but you really look fabulous in this outfit. The cut of the dress and the high heels make your legs look hot! I love the shirt, the dress, and the shoes! A+
ReplyDeleteI have the same belt! I wore mine yesterday with a black pencil skirt, black cap sleeve button down shirt and adorable black mary jane pumps. I really want that belt in other colors. It's great!
ReplyDeleteI want to wear belts now! I think you should take a pic without the belt and one with the belt to show just how much a belt changes the outfit! You go girl! I am on the prowl now for a big red belt. I am thinking green too and a black one. I believe I saw some in Cato. I liked the ones I saw just did not know what to do with it until now. Thanks Kasmira!!!
ReplyDeleteThe fact that you can wear pretty much anything and make it look fabulous makes me green with envy. I think it's a combination of your body shape and coloring mixed evenly with your eye for color and style that makes it all work. Even when you are wearing outfits that may not appeal to my eye, (which is rare, believe me!) you still look great! You just make it all work for YOU. I think that is what is most important. You wear it all very well. And you take risks!! You've inspired me to do the same.---"K"
