I have a small obsession with slim white capris under dresses. I don’t know where I ever got the idea, but I love the way it looks. Last year’s capris shrank so badly in the wash that I’ll never be able to wear them again. It took me until recently to accept that fact (I assumed I was just to fat for them and they were SO darn cute) and to start looking for a new pair. I found these at Steve and Barry’s for the infamous $8.98 price.
I’m well aware that they do not meet Angie’s flattering length guidelines for cropped pants. However, I think this below the calf length works when layered under a short dress. And I would never wear the pants without a top that reaches to mid-thigh. They are for layering only, like leggings.
I love those slim pants! And I can't believe you're not wearing a belt over this ;)
ReplyDeleteYou look great, Kasmira.
I like the way you are parting your hair a touch to the right. It's a very cute look.
ReplyDeleteYou look so great in that outfit!!! The capri thing is a fantastic idea!!
ReplyDeleteCould you do a review on F21 and how their sizes on you compare to other stores.
ReplyDeleteDo you wear the same size in Target/Charlotte/ Ann Taylor as you do there?
I notice you have a "few" pieces from F21 and I was looking at a couple cute dresses to take on a cruise and wanted to see what your thoughts were.
Thanks..love your blog/style !!
Oooh, how cute! I have a pair of white capris, but I never thought to pair them with a short dress.
ReplyDeletecool. i think slim capris are a good alternative to leggings. they give a different touch.
ReplyDeleteYou’ve made it work Kasmira. The shirt dress and high heel height offer an alternative proportion. Love the shirt dress. Fancy the look with your shocking pink heels too.
ReplyDeleteI love the color combination of navy with crisp white! This would probably look great with nautical themed accessories and/or some red shoes, too!
