Jacket, London Jean. Turtleneck, Merona. Skirt, Herman Geist (thrifted and shortened). Lace-up pumps, Isaac Mizrahi for Target. Apple and snake necklace, Bitten.
I’ll never forget that someone suggested I give this skirt back to the thrift store it came from. That really was one of the more creative insults I’ve received.
What a silly comment to have left you! Even though your photos are amazing, it's so hard to tell detail and texture from them. I bet this skirt is even better in person!
Never listen to the naysayers. Well, unless maybe it's Tim Gunn or Stacy and Clinton. But still, wear what you love! The skirt is so right now and looks smashing on you.
Glad you didn't listen because this skirt is adorable!

ReplyDeletePshaw! The creativity of the insult doesn't cover up the fact that the insulter was wrong and the insultee was right not to listen.
ReplyDeleteI love the skirt! You rock it!
ReplyDeleteSeriously, this skirt is one of my favorite that I've seen you wear. Really really.
ReplyDeleteThis outfit is fantastic on you!
