Vest, Forever 21 (embellished by me). Tank, Express. Skirt, Herman Geist (thrifted and shortened). Shoes, Sigerson Morrison for Target. Bracelets, The Bead Factory.
I thought epaulets, a velvet skirt, pattern mixing, and bright blue booties would be the most eccentric mix ever. It was perhaps not the most flattering, but definitely strange. I think Beefy has been desensitized by my far-out weekend wear.
Your hair looks amazing!!
ReplyDeleteI think you look fab.....totally loving the shoes:)
ReplyDeleteI don't think it's odd at all! It's quirky and cute... just like always! :)
ReplyDeleteThat's the thing once you start going "out there" for your work style - no one really notices when you're REALLY out there!
ReplyDeleteHow did your colleagues react? I'm curious.
Your hair looks awesome.. I am just on my way out to get mine cut today also!! Beefy is funny, seems when you think something is normal he thinks its weird and when you are sure its wild and weird he says its normal... men are interesting creatures :)
ReplyDeleteI like it! I don't think it's super crazy :)
ReplyDeleteWeeeell, I actually really really like all this mixing you did!
ReplyDeleteI see how each piece is tyed together by black which kind of brings it back into "normalcy".
You did an excellent job, you're so great at putting together unique looks. :)
Sheila - no one said a word. In fact, I didn't even get second glances until I left work...then I got lots of compliments on the shoes.
ReplyDeleteH&H and Jodi - I just got back from the salon, so it is freshly colored and styled by a pro!
I don't think its all that strange, I really like the skirt and boots!
ReplyDeleteSal xXx
I love the skirt and boots !
ReplyDeleteI love it and actually don't think it's the strangest thing you've worn to work. Although... strange is in the eye of the beholder!! I think it's fab :)
ReplyDeleteThose shoes are to die for! Love this!
