Forever Plaid

Beefy suggested today’s title. He was recently in a production of Forever Plaid. He played Frankie.


Jacket, Urban Behavior (swapped and embellished). Blouse, Romeo + Juliet Couture. Skirt, Tulle. Shoes, Wet Seal. Ring, Rafia & Bossa.

  2. I love how you used the neutral jacket to break up all that plaid. This look is one that I think you pull off amazingly but that I'm a little to shy to try myself.

  5. I adore plaid. I think it's that ancestral Scottish part of me that makes my blood just sing when I see a good tartan.

  9. I have come to firmly believe that anything you pair with that R&J plaid blouse is pure genius. That blouse is MAGIC, I tell you. Love this outfit - big yes on the shoes! So the conclusion is that we all need our own copy of the magic plaid blouse (and possibly the matching shoe counterparts)!

  11. I'm with Schoolmarm- the jacket breaks up the plaid nicely. But it also unites the different plaids. Love this outfit, even though it almost seems subdued for you....
