Ballroom

I wouldn’t have thought to pair wedgewood blue, mustard, and olive if I hadn’t spent hours staring at this ballroom carpet last week.

Jacket, Dex (swap). Dress, Max Studio (thrifted). Blouse, Merona. Tights, We Love Colors. Boots, Nine West. Owl badge, swap. Dangling owl brooch, self-made. Alligator ring, vintage. Brown ring, swap. Faux topaz ring, Silpada. Coat (below), Lilli Ann.

  1. I really like these last few blog posts with your unusual sources of inspiration (floral bouquet/carpet). It's very cool and shows your creativity!
(Also, love what you did the jacket to give it a military look with the ribbon bow and pin. It's darling!)

Nine West boots are simply smokin' hot on women. Pair 'em with a skirt that hits at the knee...whew.
