Just as the sidewalks had begun to clear, Cincinnati was hit with another round of snow last Thursday. The walkways in my neighborhood are still impassable, so I headed downtown for my 9 miles.
I’m so grateful for the staff at Friendship Park, Sawyer Point, and all the downtown businesses that plowed, shoveled, and salted the walks.

You are officially nuts!
ReplyDeleteI am covered in a fleece throw on my sofa, peering at my to-do pile.

Wow, 9 miles! I am impressed, I know it's a heck of a lot harder to run in the cold than it is in milder temps & it was pretty dang cold here today!
ReplyDeleteI am starting to get the impression that you can float. Seriously. When you are standing, it looks like you are concentrating on staying earthbound, by flexing your "anti-jump" muscles.
ReplyDeleteThen, suddenly you relax them and you're happily airborne!
Yay!
