Partners in Pattern

This jacket was still out from last week when I pulled this dress out of the closet to wear this week. I happened to lay the two items side by side and realized they were simply meant to be together.


Blazer, BSB Jeans (thrifted). Dress, swap. Tights, We Love Colors. Shoes, Isaac Mizrahi for Target. Earrings, self-made. Bag, Mossimo.

Both patterns are busy, but they have so many colors in common (brown, orange, and green) that they almost read as single print.
