Also tricky: getting out of the car a dozen times a day in this dress. Let’s just say it’s a good thing I wore underwear. I was done with lady-like exits by 11 a.m.
Shirt, St. John’s Bay (thrifted). Dress, Richard Chai for Target. Bag, Go Jane. Shoes, Linea Paolo. Earrings, don’t remember. Necklace, vintage. Beaded bangle, Charming Charlie. Other bangles, Deb and thrifted. Rings, vintage, thrifted, and Black Hills Gold. Sunglasses, Girl Props.
Ha! Yes, the bane of short hems is cars!
ReplyDeleteI've really discovered how versatile dresses can be - masquerading as a skirt! Nice!
Since you're in Sacramento full time now, there is a really cool place for you to take photos. On J and 13th Streets, there are trees that are painted blue as part of the Blue Trees project. Sac is the 5th city to do this in the world, it's pretty cool! They'll be blue for a few weeks so I'd highly recommend checking it out! :)
ReplyDeleteI will look for them. I drove through that intersection today, but didn't see the blue trees. I'll have to look on foot.
DeleteThe blue trees were just on the news!
DeleteI love to see how much wear you get out of this dress.
ReplyDeleteMakes me feel like my dresses and underworn. Is that even a word?!
Wow - Those shoes are super sexy. Very classy outfit too. Awesome colors and the whole thing is built on those hot shoes. Cool pics.
ReplyDeleteI wanna see Blue Trees!
ReplyDeleteOk. Next week. Beefy pics!
