Pink and Gray

When I was in 4th, 5th, and 6th grades, pastels with gray was all the rage. I remember raiding my mother’s closet for pale yellow, green, and pink earrings and tops to complete my looks. I still hold a special fondness for pink and gray. Although, today’s pink isn’t quite pastel.


Shirt, St. John’s Bay (thrifted). Skirt, Parsons Place (thrifted and shortened). Tights, Anne Klein. Boots, Madeline. Sunglasses, Girl Props. Necklace, Target. Belt, Buckle. Bag, Fossil (gift).

    I remember pink and grey being all the rage at the time one of my brothers got married. My mother forbade me to wear any grey though, so it was just hot pink instead.
    These stockings are beautiful!

    I totally remember the pastels era - i was probably in the 7th grade and it was all i wore.
