You can tell a lot about a person from the sound of their alarm. I’ve known people that require blaring sirens and others that choose a soft instrumental piece. I’ve got a few different alarms set up for different wake times. My song choices: Raiders of the Lost Ark (main theme), The Beauty Underneath (from Love Never Dies, the sequel to Phantom of the Opera), What Does the Fox Say?, and, as you expected, Everything is AWESOME!!! (from the Lego Movie).
I guess my choices mean I’m adventurous, introverted, silly, and upbeat. What sound wakes you up?

ReplyDeleteNo alarm here. We just say what time we want to wake before going to bed and always seem to wake up two minutes before that time. Hubby is the one with the internal alarm clock, but here lately I've developed one two. After 11 years of marriage he's rubbing off on me. :o) Now if we didn't get to bed at a good time and worry about sleeping to heavy we set the ol' BEEP BEEP alarm. :o)

LOL!
ReplyDeleteI think I'm in trouble - I just use one of the already programmed tunes to wake me up! That said, at least I did choose a song. Classical - a nice soft way to wake up (Claire de Lune). Either I'm boring or maybe just need that gentle morning start :)

Those shoes are terrific. The pops of colors all around just work. Nicely done.

Haha, eclectic choices, kasmira! X
ReplyDeleteLove this outfit! Now I'm wishing I'd gotten this dress when it was available. And those shoes.
ReplyDeleteEverything Is Awesome is my mobile ringtone! And UniKitty is on my keychain. I'm a Lego League coach, so love everything about The Lego Movie!

In my house, the lyrics to "Everything is Awesome" were immediately supplanted by verses about the dog. She's Monster, but not enough syllables, so for songwriting purposes "Monsterdog is awesome," etc. --Kerry
