The Merciful Flying Whiplash vs The Denim Tuxedo

Everyone has been Mad Menning themselves, and I have too. But enough with sexist 1960’s sterotypes. I’d rather be a superhero. Observe: The Merciful Flying Whiplash.

Blouse, denim jacket, and ring, Forever 21. Tank, Express. White jeans, Gap. Heels, Pulse. Enamel necklace, Target. Apple and snake necklace, Steve and Barry's. Purse, Liz Claiborne. Watch, Louis Arden.

As an office cover up, I, perhaps unwisely, chose a denim jacket, resulting in the dreaded Denim Tuxedo.

The Merciful Flying Whiplash does not stand for denim tuxedos.

That shade of blond looks great on you and REALLY works with that bright pink.

  8. I'm literally counting the days until Mad Men (and thus life) begins again.
These shade of pink and green usually make me think of classic preppie, but you've of course made it a lot more interesting than that.

  10. I love the denim jacket with this, actually - all that colour is a little matchy-matchy and the jacket breaks it up a bit.

Love the poses - you're hilarious.

  13. OK, for a blogger, taking a picture of your outfit each day IS sort of normal, but now you have crossed over into photographing your alter egos fighting with each other....well, two of them anyway....
