Below the Knee

I reserve the below-the-knee skirts for winter, when I’d rather be warm than leggy.

Scarf, Marshall’s. Sweater, The Limited. Tank, Forever 21. Skirt, George (thrifted). Boots, Nine West.Tights, We Love Colors. Brass bangle, World Market. Charm bracelet, Just 2 Friends (gifted).

I was warm, indeed, especially after adding fleece pants, a puffy vest, a wool coat, and leather gloves for my bus ride.

  3. Love the skirt with the built in belt! And the kitty looking out the window, too. Mine has been doing that all morning looking at some birds in the bushes out front. He can sit that way for an hour or more, just staring out.

  4. You look fab in long skirts!
The fur cuffs were soooo easy ;)
I used regular scissors, a heavy needle, ( hand stitched ), black thread and a couple big safety pins.
I just stitched a pair of earrings on with the black thread, too.
i'm flattered they are such a hit ;)

PS, the fur was 'lined' already with some faux silk, or I might not have even needed to stitch the ends.
