Day Sequins

For a blogger get-together, I took inspiration from Kimberly’s #1 Fun and Festive Styling Trick: “Mix dressy and casual.”

Jacket, Adrianna Papell. Sweater, Charlotte Russe. Jeans, Express. Shoes, Isaac Mizrahi for Target. Necklace, VCLM.

  6. Good mix! Once I shrink back into my gorgeous black lace Talbot's jacket (from a consignment shop, of course) I am so going to do this to wear it more often!

Thanks for the idea I'm totally going to rip off!

  10. I love the use of a dressier jacket with casual jeans and tee. Everything plays off the proportions of the other items and looks fun and chic.

  12. Oh my god, that sequin jacket is AMAZING!! I'm on a huge sequin kick right now.

Thanks so much for the sweet words, and Molly and I are trying to figure out when temperature-wise would be the best time to have it at The Mockbee. I wanna do it in like February, but it's sooo cold in there!
