My name is Kasmira and I’m a boot-a-holic. The budget damage will be revealed at the end of the month. Until then, let’s revel in the loveliness of buttery olive leather, covered buttons, and horizontal pleats.
Blazer, stolen. Dress, thrifted, vintage, handmade, and shortened. Belt, H&M. Bracelets, vintage. Boots, Miz Mooz.
These boots are made ...for been stared at!
ReplyDeleteGreat boots! Love the floaty dress with the all-business jacket.
ReplyDeleteThose boots are worth every penny...no matter how many pennies to took. I'm drooling over here.
ReplyDeleteAnd, yes, I have a blog. I was inspired by you....first by your color combinations and innovation, then to start a blog myself. Thanks Kasmira! It's been a liberating experience :-)
This outfit is wonderful! Flowy dress, fitted blazer, and lovely boots. All perfectly balanced and proportioned!
ReplyDeleteI missed buying those in red! I love them sooo much. I don't suppose you wear a size 9-9.5??
ReplyDeleteHotdamn those are lovely in green. I too am a bootaholic. I already have another pair in the mail. Hahahah!~
ReplyDeleteHi! First comment here!
ReplyDeleteLove those boots! And love how they look with the delicated dress.
Have a great weekend!
LOVE, LOVE,LOVE those boots.
ReplyDeleteIf anyone needs me for the next few days I'll be online searching for the perfect pair of Miz Mooz
Those beautiful boots are a boot-a-holic's crack. How could you, in good conscience, walk by and not buy?
ReplyDeleteI love how you've styled 'em, too!
p.s. I've got the boots in red but am loving them in olive green.
I'm not a big fan of boots...but even I have to say those are gorgeous. They have an awesome steampunk look to them. Are they comfy?
ReplyDeleteI. COVET. These boots. Lovely.
ReplyDeleteBoots that don't bunch at the ankles? Well, well worth it. They look so fantastic on you.
ReplyDeleteLove your outfit! The boots with the floral, girlie dress and tailored blazer look fantastic! I read your blog every day and have never commented before but felt the need to today. Those boots are to die for. I have often read blogs and thought how great it would be to own some of the clothes, but have never before seen something that I NEED to hunt down! I am about to stalk down a pair that can be sent to Australia. I don't even care that it was 32C here today and I won't be able to wear them for months...they will be mine!
ReplyDeleteSheila - 7.5. I guess that means I don't have to worry about you sneaking into my closet to steal my boots?
ReplyDeleteThe Nightmare Child - Yes! Comfy! I took them on the ultimate test today (about 1.75 miles of walking with no socks or tights). The only damage was some rubbing on the top of my small toes.
I should note that the shaft is pretty narrow. I can JUST zip them at the top. So beware if you've got curvy calves.
I would've broken my budget for those boots too!
ReplyDeletecan i join your support group? i also am a bootaholic. currently own 14 pairs (not including my 4 pairs of snow boots and 1 pair of hiking boots) and I still want more. wow, can't believe i admitted that. that's the first step i guess.
ReplyDeleteomg they are amazing.
ReplyDeleteI covet your boots. They are hot and I need them!
ReplyDeleteAs a fellow boot-a-holic, I have to commend you on those boots. They're fantastic! I love the rest of the outfit as well.

Miz Mooz makes comfortable shoes... I wish I could share your boot love but where I live boots are very seldom worn as it IS SO HOT. However I do have a pair or two for travel.
ReplyDeleteThey make me feel european. I know, I am so lame.
BTW I adore your look today, the dress is my fave.
I cant stop checking out your boots! The buttons, the colour, the round toe style. Love love love :)
ReplyDeleteI'm a sucker for a blazer over anything. Love it.
ReplyDeleteOMG I love those boots. Love. Those. BOOTS.
ReplyDeletelove the whole look. Took some inspiration for a new reconstruction. :)
