Wrinkle in Time

When I was in elementary school, I was a fan of The Wrinkle in Time series. This evening, we saw a staged version of the first book. I’m glad it’s been 15 years since I read it…I got to rediscover the story all over again.

Sweater, I Heart Ronson. Scarf, gifted. Skirt, Rafaella (thrifted). Jeggings, Mossimo. Galoshes, Capelli. Hat, World Market (embellished by me). Brooch (on cardigan), thrifted. Jacket (below), Laundry by Shelli Segal.

I’m currently reading Madeleine L’Engle’s The Other Side of the Sun. It’s quite a departure from her children’s literature, but still maintains that other-worldy quality.

  1. I loved the wrinkle in time books. My favorite was always Many Waters with the twins.

Your hat is too cute! Stay warm out there.

  2. That scarf is GORGEOUS. I am on a scarf kick. I got all my hair cut off well over a year ago, but I'm still building my scarf wardrobe. My neck gets SO cold in winter now...
