I don't know if that is an anchor pin, or blazer. I have a thing for aanchors, and it looks amazing. I think your belt looks great, and not too cinched. I had the same problem this morning with my cardigan. My Heart Blogged
OMG - I so want those tights! Love the green and blue colour block combination. I have a stripey top that it blue and green, but would never have thought to wear the two colours this way - the brown def. works to off set the mix.
I really like your blog more than most because you're not just a girl putting on a cute dress/skirt/blouse/whatever and taking a picture. You show creative ways of restyling basic pieces, daring uses of color and patterns, and you always seem to wear things that you feel comfortable in - looks that represent you. That, to me, is what everyday fashion blogging should be about. Thanks Kasmira! You rock ...
This is the first time I've said this about one of your outfits, but I'm not feelin' that belt. I love the idea of it, the color, and how it goes with the outfit- but the size of the belt itself- not so much. It rumples the gorgeous blazer, competes with the buttons, and covers up the tops of the pockets- all of which are gorgeous and deserve to be seen! Maybe if it was a tad thinner/smaller? Maybe it's just me. And did you get a haircut? I love your bangs!
Well, from a follower's point of view- your hair looks GREAT, and I love the bangs! Covetable! I am growing my pixie out into a shag (Hello, 1970's!) and am bored to death with it, so I can totally empathize. My stylist suggested I get some different products and implements so as to experiment and freshen my brain about it... So far it's been fun!
I love a belted blazer! This looks fab.
ReplyDeletei do agree that belting blazers is tricky and it does look a tad rumpled but i like that the color breaks up the dark colors. :)

OMG, you did not! You're wearing an orange belt with green tights and green boots. I think I just fell in love. <3!!!

ReplyDeleteBecause of you, I am now on a mission to find green boots! I also love the skirt!
ReplyDeleteI love the green tights with the boots--you look fab!
ReplyDeleteMy Heart Blogged: The anchor is embroidered on the blazer. I love it!
ReplyDeleteThis looks really good. The belt seems to give it a POP of orange which I love. Very put together :)

ReaderRita - I'm so bored with my hair, so I had some bangs cut in last week. It was bangs or a pixie cut and Beefy really likes long hair...
