The deformalization of American dress is met with general outcry. But I can’t really get upset about silk sweatpants at work. It’s luxe AND comfortable.
Jacket, James Jeans. Shirt, Jones New York (thrifted). Pants, Lauren Ralph Lauren. Boots, Joe’s. Sunglasses, Coco Sunglasses. Earrings, Stardust Remembered. Bag, Steve Madden.
If only all sweatpants wearers not going to the gym followed your lead. While they are a little roomy and comfy looking, yours look more casual, not "I just rolled out of bed and couldn't be bothered." I might not have even noticed the cuff on the bottom if you hadn't mentioned the word sweatpants. And the silk makes them so much nicer looking and draping too!
