I wouldn’t normally have thought to combine purple and blue-green, but I like the way the color mix turned out. I originally tried this outfit with the black version of this dress, and my black pirate boots, but it came off a little hooker-ish. Swapping out the colors and boots made it more quirky and less “you lookin' for a date?”
There is a pair of Stilleto heeled- point toed black boots on redtagcrazy.com . Made me think of you when I saw your wishlist. They are pretty cool. You just have to wait for them to come up. :S If you do buy there please use my email barefootinboots at gmail dot com as the promo code. (We both get free money!)
ReplyDeleteGood luck! I will keep my eye out for them.
Just COVETING your jacket over here. Don't mind me.
ReplyDeleteyour jacket is gorgeous
ReplyDeleteI LOVE this outfit. It looks great on you, and the colors are fabulous together!
ReplyDeleteI have to say, that this is one of my favourite outfits since I follow your blog. Great!!!
ReplyDeleteI love these colors together, and this outfit is super!
ReplyDeleteThat's a great outfit! It's always gratifying to see a fellow lady in skirts and dresses. It seems to me that too many women today find it easier just to slip into a pair of pants every day. I LOVE my skirts and dresses and wear them far more than jeans/pants...to me they are JUST as comfy...and speaking personally, a darn sight more
ReplyDeleteattractive! :-)
Love it! That jacket is awesome!
ReplyDeleteWhat a cute jacket!
ReplyDeleteooo! Did you double up on tights or is that one pair of colored, patterned tights? I never thought of it before, but one could easily double up on tights and have colors under fishnets, for example.
ReplyDeleteA - I wore a pair of nude (dance) tights under the open weave tights for warmth.
ReplyDeleteI love the stitched purse, that was quite a find! The brown leather boots are the perfect compliment to it.
ReplyDeleteYou are a genius.
ReplyDeleteI'm trying that soon.
