Taste

This morning, a man on the bus told me I had “good taste.” Little did he know I had just taken my picture with a ratty old cat tree and a garbage can. That’s what all the classy girls are doing.

Blouse, INC (thrifted). Skirt, Mossimo. Belt, Ozzy & Deena. Shoes, thrifted. Bag, Charming Charlie. Necklace, vintage. Beaded bracelet, Tala’s Distant Treasures. Ribbon-wrapped bracelet, Charming Charlie (via swap).

I did blur the garage door opener out of the next shot. I have some standards.

That is awesome! I too am a classy lady. Why, just yesterday I rocked a striped dress and a polka dot cardi..with sparkly converse, of course. Thank you for your (almost) daily inspiration! I love your style!

Gosh, you look so slim and pretty in this blog. No wonder the man on the bus noticed you.
Have you lost weight in recent months?

I love that belt with leopard print! You can work a leopard print like no body's business.

I love the way your cat is looking through the window, as if thinking "Please mummy, enough with the silly pictures".

I like how the black skirt and the brown pumps keep the look balanced.

I have such a hard time finding good shoes! When you thrift are you thrifting store or yard sales?

This is by far one of my favorite outfits. I think you look great!

Anon - shoes might be the hardest items to thrift! I look for them in stores, since I rarely visit yard sales. I make a point of sorting through the shoes before I head to the checkout with the clothing I've found. It takes patience and dedication, but I've found some barely or not worn pairs that have lasted me many wearings!
