Glad I Did It

Jersey dress and patent belt, The Limited. Scarf, Marshall’s. Sandals, Forever 21. Bag, Franco Sarte. Indian silver necklace, Camp Foster Marine Wives Gift Shop.

I am absolutely not regretting cutting off this dress’ self-belt. I never could have gotten through the day with the lumpy, jersey sash underneath this patent belt.

Prepare to see this bag nearly every day for awhile. I love it.

I love the scarf... I always find them such great accessories (just too hot lately). Great look!

I love the necklines on the dress. And, yes, Nice Bag!

I like how the "orange-y" accessories work with the outfit but are also "removable," exposing the beautiful pink and blue that coordinate underneath. I think having just the bag or just the scarf wouldn't "go," but doing them (or not doing them) together works perfectly.

Cute! And the thick straps on those shoes give this a different look--really like them.

That bag is GORGEOUS!! And I love how brave you are to cut off the self belt. Ive wondered about similar things times before but I'm always too scared I'll ruin the piece forever so I end up keeping the belt not really liking it.
