This blouse was in my charity/swap/sell/give-away bag I’ve got sitting upstairs. I love the split sleeves and attached scarf (at the left shoulder), but the short length and sheer fabric make it difficult to wear. In fact, I’ve only worn it once since we moved back to the States. I think it will go back in the bag.
This dress made my “most worn” list last October, but I’ve never done a photo retrospective. It’s about time! Here’s to you, $15 dress…

That blouse isn't "me" at all, but I find myself liking it against my better judgement! hehe.
The funny part about the dress is that you rarely wear it as one! It would never occur to me to do that...maybe I should though, I'm sure I have similar items in my closet. (Great buy too, for $15?!)
Oh no!! Keep the top!! I love it!!
This is the first time that I've gone "oooo" verbally when your outfit pic pops up! Must be the hippie in me.
wow Kasmira! It amazes me that you're able to wear the same dress and it never looks like the same outfit! And they're all fabulous!
At first I thought that red flower was something you had put on your head! LoL.
Great outfit as always. Love that bag.
Keep the blouse. Very boho-chic.
wow. i, too, would never have thought to waer a dress like this, but the array of photos is definitely inspiring. now i'm thinking about my own wardrobe... what dress do I have that I can do this to?
love it. absolutely love it.
Oh wow. You really know how to utilize a closet better than anyone I've ever seen. This inspires me to be more thoughtful when combining clothes!
I like the entire look--and I so admire your layering expertise. I would never think of wearing my strapless dress as a "skirt" of sorts only and covering up the rest--I love seeing how you layer so well.
KEEP THE BLOUSE! This is a great look! One of my recent faves on you!
Wow, so many variations, and all of them look great!!!
uh..go ahead and keep the top..looks good on you..and I totally forgot that was a dress...lol
That was one fabulous $15 find! So many great looks!
I am always amazed at the layers you create. It wasn't until reading this blog that I realized some women put shirts and belts on top of their dresses. And each day I come here and think, "Wow, that is pretty cool."
