Wall Bounce

Sweater, Merona. Skirt, Richard Malcom. Pumps, Wild Diva. Necklace, Body Central. Sunnies, Rampage.

Last week’s photography class covered the use of flash. One of the techniques we learned is to bounce the flash off the wall, instead of the ceiling. I tried that today and liked the result.

I feel a little silly wearing sunglasses indoors, but I was running late again this morning and had to take pictures after work, post-swimming. I’m concealing my goggle marks. They’re pretty heinous. As is my smeared eye makeup. I figured sunglasses were better than just chopping off my head.

Love the clothes. Your styles are very interesting. You choose such exciting cardigans and tops. Are you originally from Ohio?

Don't you just love these cardigans? I think they hold up better than the more expensive ones. Also--love the shoes!

And the sunglasses are oh so aborable! Very mysterious, hollywood-esque.

That shade of purple is really pretty on you. Love it with the yellow.

Love that skirt with those shoes. Very chic!

this is constructive, not negative: either the wall bounce is making weird shades, or the outline of yer bra is muy evident.

I can see definite lighting improvement from the wall bounce (not that I noticed any problem with it before). I also didn't notice the bra thing at all until J mentioned it. (It doesn't look too bad on my monitor, though.) I also like the colors. I just purchased an outfit with very similar colors and am anxious to wear them.

So cute! The skirt is a fresh way to pull the purple and turquoise together.
