I can understand why a feathered belt isn’t a good idea; feathers are simply too fragile. But I’m willing to take extra special care for plumage around my waist.
Dress, Banana Republic (thrifted). Belt, Deena and Ozzy. Tights, We Love Colors. Bangles, Bead Factory. Shoes, Wet Seal.

I bought the belt at Urban Outfitters. It was $38 which I found a little high, but I have been looking for a feathered belt for at least a year.
OOOH! WANT that belt! I especially love the bracelets to set it off.
Maybe I'm in the minority, but I feel the shoes detract attention from the belt. They are a little too bright.
I would love them with that outfit wit a different belt, though.
