Layers

Layers are a practical and stylish solution to a day spent in changing environments. I often layer, but I also often find that the look is destroyed as I remove pieces. Today was an exception.

Least layered:

Zebra dress, Jones New York. Teal dress, London Times. Belt, thrifted. Boots, Rampage. Bracelet, Serket Jewelry.

Most layered*:

Added: Cardigan, Moda International. Scarf, swap. (Spot the kitten paw reaching under the door!)

I also liked the “in between” looks:

Details (and a cat):

*Well, this is the most layered look...

but I kind of look like a fancy hobo.

Those dresses are perfect to layer together. I love the red accents (and the kitty paw coming from underneath the door)!

Thanks for all your comments :)
I likey fancy hobos ;)
No one rocks the office like you do!
It's funny, when I am with a certain group, I end up dressing like them eventually, but you always maintain your individuality.
Cudos!
PS, the jacket will be making her appearance nest week :)

The purse! So cute. I've tried to layer dresses, but alas no luck. The lengths never work out.

How big are the kittens now? Fully grown, can we get update pics?

ps. my word verification is "rimmicat" so its kismet!

I can't even tell that there's 2 dresses layered -- looks like the teal dress has zippy zebra trim. Coolio.

Love this!! I think my favorites are the least layered and the 'in between' with the cardigan. Wait, I love the coat too! My faovrite, though, is the zebra print peeking out.
