High Water
I run along the Ohio River at least once a week and enjoy watching the water levels rise and fall. The river was at nearly 48 feet on Wednesday evening and will crest just below flood stage (52 feet) on Saturday morning.

The layering in this outfit is perfect - all those blues are so harmonious with the lovely blue skies!
I love those Betsey Johnson sunglasses. If I wasn't so horrible with breaking my glasses I would buy those in a heartbeat.

Not to be all swimfan, but I LOVE that dress! You can (and DO) wear it in so many cool ways. This way is my new favorite.
And about the river - are you guys worried about flooding? It's been the main topic of convo in MN for the last few months.
I really love the sheer blouse in this outfit - I never would have thought to add i myself, but it really adds interest to the look as a whole.
Scary Closet - I don't think the river is supposed to rise much above 52 feet, if at all, so most areas will be fine.
My Heart Blogged - they were $14 at TJ Maxx. I don't buy expensive sunglasses, either.

This is my favorite combo with this dress so far. I love how the teal top layers really make the stripes in the dress pop.
