‘Tis the season for knitwear. It’s warm and comfy. And it accommodates a season of overeating. Because there is nothing as embarrassing as having to unbutton your pants after a meal. (I speak from experience. As a teen, I would gorge on pizza every Sunday and unbutton my jeans while still sitting in the booth at Round Table. To be honest, though, I didn't feel any shame at all. But I maybe should have.)

I also love how knitwear easily transitions from a morning of errands to an afternoon of dog time at the river.
