I sometimes get stuck in a “brown vegan” rut. I’m eating vegan, but everything is brown: toast, beans, french fries, bagels, fake meat, crescent rolls, pizza, peanut butter, trail mix, doughnuts, whiskey. I’ve got to get some color in my diet.

I think your dinner looks yummy! I've been adding fresh cilantro to bean dishes to liven them up. I like adding red onions too. I think there is something about a hint of color that does something for me mentally. Maybe it's sort of like your lipstick with this lovely, mostly brown, outfit??

Very brit! Not too interesting in the world but in the context of your blog; the british look really stands out on you.
