I followed a similar pattern - sleeveless with tall boots. I like the layering of the red top. Those ruffles are so fun.
Also I always wondered when sleeveless sweaterdresses were appropriate - apparently this is the weather.

Megan Mae - sleeveless/strappy sweaterdresses have always puzzled me too. I guess you're supposed to wear long sleeves underneath or on top.
