12th Street Art

12th street is turning out to be a pretty cool part of town. The pavement is covered in colorful graffiti. More art (both sanctioned and not) adorns the buildings. And the Know theater is producing incredible theater, like Skin Tight, just half a block away.

Tee and skirt, Mossimo. Sweater, Bloch. Tights, We Love Colors. Necklace, bag, and hat, vintage. Clogs, Kors (thrifted).

Is that a feathered turban-y hat? If it is, I'm officially jealous.

I love that mural, too--it's like Takashi Murakami vomited rainbows and bunnies on the side of a building. You know, in a good way.

Tamia - it's a hat. It is sort of like a really wide headband.

Jodi - I just have it pulled back in a ponytail...but these pics make me miss my old super-short cut.

Your hair looks cool - I can't quite figure out what's going on, but I like it!

Heh, that rabbit looks like he's licking your hand.

I would've never guessed Cincinnati had such a big art scene. Love to hear that! Are there a lot of street art spaces around town?

So how do you like the We Love Colors tights? Do you get the all nylon or the spandex blend? You enlightened me to their existence, so now I greedily want to pick your brain about them! They look FABULOUS on you, and pair so well with your wardrobe- I just gotta git me some! (Imitation IS the sincerest form of flattery, you know!)
