Denim Vest

I’ve said it before, but it bears repeating: this denim vest is one of the best garments I ever “made.” It’s the antidote to a stuffy corporate wardrobe.

Vest, AC-3998 (cut from a thrifted jacket). Sweater, Joseph A (thrifted). Skirt, Parsons Place (thrifted and shortened). Shoes, Chelsea Crew. Earrings, Claire’s. Bag, Clark’s.

I haven’t once regretted cutting the sleeves off this thing.

I bet this lady wishes she had a denim vest:

Indeed, you inspired me to get one myself and I wear it a lot. Thank you for the fearlessness with the mixing prints and the graphic T-shirts. Trying to get the guts up to wear one to my job as theology professor at a Catholic college.
