Oh My

I’m wearing zebra and leopard and bird, oh my. It’s never just one pattern these days. Or one animal.

Dress, Jones New York. Scarf (as belt), some department store. Shoes, BCBGeneration. Bag, Nicole Lee. Headband, Forever 21. Earrings, Target. Cuff and rings, vintage and gift. Sunglasses, Girl Props.

We working on a menagerie at home, too. Currently, we have four cats and a fish. In about nine months, though, we hope to add a dog to the mix. I realize that sounds a little like I plan on gestating the dog myself, but it's just a coincidence of timing. I did once dream that I gave birth to a kitten. And all I could think was, "How am I going to explain this?" Oh my, indeed.

Kasmira,

Dogs are great! I have two rescued ones and they are an endless source of love, joy and gratitude.
I like your outfit, by the way.

That dress fits you like a dream, and those sunnies are fantastical.

Dreams can be so weird. I had a dream I was house sitting for someone and their dog was smoking a toothpick. Yeah.

As an ancient follower of yours I've a humble suggestion to make. I love your style. It's daring and unique. It's fun. It's perky. It's never boring. I especially like how you wear patterns and colors. Following your blog since the beginning, I can still learn from you.

I'd like to suggest you to change your white background of your blog to a patterned one; to something unique that reflects your great personal style. I am thinking of some fun pattern in a muted color. That would be so much you. This current one is just so plain, it's just not Kasmira-esque.

Bird and zebra and leopard - how daring!I call this outfit a 'Savanna Outfit'.

Maria, I've decided on the plain white background because my tastes change so often. It's simpler to update my outfits than my blog template.
