With this scarf tied round my waist, I felt a little like a matador, today.
Tunic (worn as shirt), Wet Seal. Skirt, G. J. Forbes (thrifted and shortened). Bag, Nicole Lee. Shoes, Nine West. Scarf, TJ Maxx. Bracelets, Target and Mixit. Sunglasses, Walgreen’s.

How do you shorten skirts? Do you take them to a tailor or do it yourself? If you do it yourself, is it hard to learn? -Kristin
Kristin - I just carefully measure, cut, iron, and pin. Then, I hand sew the hem with a blind hem stitch. I'm sure there are tutorials out there. It's pretty simple.
