Actually, I’ve oversimplified the color blocking process. I forgot the step where I have to fight my urge to use a patterned piece instead of a solid.

Purple is such a great color for red heads but I must confess to missing your fabo pattern-mixing :)
I totally agree that color-blocking was a bit of a no brainer. Maybe next month there will have to be something crazy- maybe a "big hat" month, or a vacation wear or something more interesting.
I love that look of the shirt over a dress which I copied yesterday.
Once the 31 for 31 is over I will try my hand at the colour blocking - those colours suit you perfectly.
