Under Ten

Today, I went to Target, browsed to my heart’s content, and managed to spend less than $10. That’s quite a feat of purchase restraint!

Dress, Body Central. Shirt, Nolli (thrifted). Bag, Nicole Lee. Shoes, Minnetonka. Hat and bracelets, Target. Owl necklace, thrifted. Evil eye necklace, gift. Rings, vintage, gift, and PuzzrollRings.

I bought the hat ($6.48) and a bracelet ($2.80).

Kasmira! How did I get out of touch with your amazing blog? Your outfit is adorable, as always :) I love the owl necklace and mocs. Thanks so much for your comment- it gave me a much needed laugh.

I'm a hat girl so that hat is calling me name! You look smashing in the green and blue combo colors!

The owl necklace is too cool. I might have to set myself a $10 Target challenge some time. And leave my wallet in the car to keep myself honest :)

Kasmira, I know that you are a frequenter of Target, but I don't know if you are aware of this handy fact...if a clearance price ends with a 4, that's the lowest price it will go before they get rid of it (they donate some of their stuff to Goodwill and other places). So, if you really like something that ends in a 4, you better get it. Usually, though at that final clearance price, it's too good a deal to pass up anyway.

Tara, that's a great tip. Thanks!
