Back in June, 2008, I wanted to “try something more daring like two florals or combining a tartan with another print.” Done and done! I wouldn’t have dared to even think of mixing three patterns back then.

Your style has changed a lot in the last 4 years! You've moved away from the more conventional office looks (even though your conventional would have been my daring!) and into a much more artsy vibe.
Love all the colour and pattern here, Kasmira!
Kasmira, I passed on the One Lovely Blog award to you, since you are a Cincinnati girl like me (albeit a transplant) and yours was one of the first fashion blogs I'd ever read. :)

This look is brimming with fun and color. :) I think the fact that your shirt's check echoes the patchwork on your skirt gives this outfit cohesiveness. Love it!
Thanks Jeannie! I'm glad we can both be representing Cincinnati to the style blogging world!
Kasmira you were of the people who made me dare to mix patterns... and I'm so glad you did!! I still look to you to see what new print combinations you've come up with - and this is no exception... just fabulous! Love the hat too btw :))

I've been reading your blog for 4 years and you've wowed me with your evolution into pattern-mixing royalty. While I'm nowhere near as bold as you, I get a kick out of pairing disparate patterns together when there is something that makes them mesh. You continue to be very inspiring to push further out if my comfort zone!
I think you are always evolving... i can only imagine what you'll be wearing 2 years from now!
Love this! You inspired me to mix an old floral sundress and a black/grey plaid shirt from F21. Never thought to wear those two items together but looks awesome. Thank you.
