I knew today would be a l-o-n-g day, so I dressed for comfort. Flat shoes, soft fabrics, and a loose fit kept me somewhat sane while I ran about like a headless chicken. Thankfully, the day ended earlier than expected, at 8 p.m. If only I could have had a nap in my jammie-like clothes.

How cute. :)
I am so in love with this color! You wear it well!
So pretty - I love this dress on you.
I keep meaning to comment every time you wear that necklace - I have the exact same one, but mine was given to me new as a 14th birthday present (early nineties)by my best friend - although his mom, who has always had vintage-y taste, might have actually picked it out - and I still wear it! I love that the wishing well has a working handle, and that is a long, more delicate necklace for when I don't want to wear my usual chunky jewelry.
glamaruth - what a great story! I've always wondered about this necklace's origin. Mine has hope, love, and joy charms. Your wishing well charm sounds adorable!
