Rain boots (pictured below), Target.I looked, but the Target stores in my area didn’t have the blue Sigerson Morrison booties, so I ordered these bad boys online. I freaking love them. Between the electric blue booties and the star print galoshes (below) people stared at my feet all day.

milly - yes, true to size. Loose in the heel, though, so I wouldn't wear them without socks or tights unless you want blisters. A tad uncomfortable where the toe box meets the upper (there is a seam there).

The blue shoes are cute, but I'll be honest: with the outfit you're wearing, they're REALLY jarring. I like the galoshes, though!

personally, though, i LOVE the combo with the galoshes -- my rain boots are little ladybugs and i get comments on them all the time :)
