Post Holiday Bulge

I stayed active during the holidays but I didn’t keep up with my running. I think the booze and unrestrained eating caught up with me a little. I’m back to my routine now, to include separate runs for each dog each morning. Take that, holiday bulge!

In addition to the running, I went on a butt-kicking hike yesterday and walked the dogs around the neighborhood this evening.
