Gray vest and yellow tee, Charlotte Russe. Black turtleneck, Mossimo. Gray slacks, The Limited. Yellow pumps, Victoria Spenser. Black patent headband, Claire’s. Circular brooch, thrifted.
I kind of love my yellow shoes. I have been keeping my eye open for inexpensive yellow items to add to my wardrobe and wear with the pumps. This tee was on the sale rack, so I didn’t feel too bad about buying it.
I guess I can take “menswear-inspired vest” off of my Fall wish list. I was actually looking for something that nipped in at the waist, but I really liked this cropped version once I tried it on. So, instead of a waistcoat, did I end up with a boobcoat?

The boobcoat's really cute! Love the yellow tee's sleeves, too. I think puff sleeves look great in a layered look.
Love the grey & yellow combo, and that vest is too cute!
Awesome outfit. You really have the knack - can I borrow some of it? ;o)
I have those same shoes ... and I decided to wear them today ... with a GREY wrapped dress! Great minds must think alike! Love the grey and yellow combo.
I sort of like the idea of this, but the color combo reminds me that Halloween is tomorrow! A little too much for october, in my opinion.
By the way, what type of work do u do? They let you get away with that outfit in a business cas office? If I wear yellow to work, I get confused stares...I think colors are too much for the people in my office to handle. :-) saps...
i say next time go with only one of the shirts. i personally would lose the yellow shirt that way the shoes pop on their own. Fab shoes by the way!
Nice! Very sexy.
love this look so much! this is one of my favorite outfits actually. love it all -- very very cute!
Please tell me where the shoes are from!!!! I love the toe cleavage!
I bought the shoes at Shoe Carnival.
I live in Canada, and I cant get the shoes from shoe carnival, but hopefully I can find them if you tell me what brand they are. I was looking for yellow shoes all summer... and these are perfect!
The brand is Victoria Spenser. (Yes, the "s" is correct.)
