Across the Street

My poor neighbors. They have to endure my weedy yard, my marauding cats, and the slowly decaying car in my driveway. Now, I’ve put the house across the street on my blog without permission. But it’s only visible because I cut down the two Norway spruce that were threatening to fall on someone's home. See? I’m a good neighbor after all.

Blazer, from New Gate Celtic Theater. Scarf, thrifted. Tee and skirt, Mossimo. Tights, Hue. Boots, Vince Camuto. Earrings, gift.

I'm also very quiet. Except when I practice my singing with the windows open. But that only happens in mild weather. And, hey, maybe they enjoy my songs.

This lacy skirt is soo adorable. My yard is ridiculously weedy too, haha. :)

and to think some people still think you cant mix your neutrals. here you are mixing black, white, navy, and brown -- and looking fabulous!

I never considered anyone being bothered if their house accidentally appeared on my blog - I mean, no one is here to spy on your neighbors anyway... though now I'm starting to formulate some sort of plot line for a cop show where the killer is captured in the background of outfit photos... no never mind!

I totally show off everyone else's homes. I consider it my fist bump to them for having cool digs. No? Love the skirt.

Lovely scarf! I'm terribly guilty of putting my neighbors' houses in my backgrounds. None of them ever really are outside though, so I never think twice.

I LOVE this outfit! I have the pink version of this skirt and I have to say, it has never looked that good on me!

Oh my goodness, I had my yard reported to the town by some (still as yet unidentified) neighbors this summer. I just don't have time for yard maintenance, what with blogging and crafting and working and whatnot. But enough about that. I have this skirt too! This reminds me that I should pull it out.
