Jeweled

Turquoise velvet jacket, NY & Co. Lace overlay tank, George. Green tweed skirt, Talbot’s. Nude fishnet tights, Vera by Vera Wang. Green patent pumps, Colin Stuart. Faux pearl and acrylic bead necklace, thrifted.

This blazer was $10, two years ago. What a steal, huh? I like the cut and I LOVE the color. Fashion Lady borrowed and totally rocked it this fall. She is fierce.

This is the second time I’ve paired a jewel-like blue-green with this skirt. You might think the two colors would clash, but they don’t. At least, not in a bad way.

camel-colored shoes would also look fantastic with that outfit--for a more classic look. You look simply stunning. Your hairstyle choice is perfect for that ensemble.

Please help! What would you wear for a job interview? I was thinking a pencil skirt and blazer with either a button down shirt or tank/cardigan combo underneath. I thought all black would be chic but now worry that it might be too severe. And I'm scared that the pencil skirt would be too tight and sexy. Please help. I trust your opinion. Thanks!

Love this outfit. One of my favorites of yours. I am loving the turquoise. You say pink is your color but I think turquoise and lime look pretty damn hot on you!

BTW, see my blog about a play review for Off Book. If you guys are looking for a hilarious comedy anytime soon, I highly recommend it. I even know the guy who owns the rights ;-)

I want that jacket! I found your site cuz I was searching for pics of someone wearing a two-button fitted denim jacket. Now I'm addicted! You must have a humongous wardrobe!

Hi, My name is Alan and I started up a "lasses wear" thread at a forum you can find at this URL http://www.xmarksthescot.com. This forum is all about kilts and the guys who wear them However, of course there are women who participate in the forum, either ladies who just happen to like guys in kilts, or ladies who have their own kilted skirts and so on. When searching for images of "plaid skirt" etc. I came across your blog and pictures and I have used them several times to illustrate points and give the lasses on the forum some ideas. We'd love it if you felt like dropping by and taking a bow or making some comments. Here's the URL to the "lasses wear" thread: http://www.xmarksthescot.com/forum/lasses_wear_thread-t35990/index.html

hello. I found the page because I was looking for picture of dark turquoise velvet.

I dont know but it looks like you are wearing too big clothes. You should try teen wear and fitted clothes like the turquise jacket with lime skirt (?). Wearing big bulky clothes makes you look immature and hard to take seriously. In almost every picture some of the clothes look too wide ar long for you. Also your hair is problem, it looks best when it is not free and let open. You should wear natural tight clothes (knitted rustic clothes and fabrics)in your hair colour to make your hair look less messy. I mean wear clothes that are exactly same colour as your hair.
